Marketplace Transactions
DarkJS provides a marketplace for buying and selling dark-themed templates. By using this service, you agree to the following:
Sellers retain ownership of their content but grant DarkJS a license to display and distribute it on the marketplace.
Buyers receive a license to use purchased templates under the specific terms of the template seller.
DarkJS does not guarantee template quality or compatibility beyond the specifications provided by the seller.
DarkJS is not liable for disputes between buyers and sellers but may assist in resolution where possible.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital downloads and online services, all sales on DarkJS are final. Refunds are only issued under the following circumstances:
If a purchased template or service is not delivered as described due to an issue on DarkJS’s end.
If a buyer is charged incorrectly due to a system error.
If a seller fails to provide the purchased item within the agreed timeframe.
Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase by contacting support@darkjs.com with relevant details. Each refund request is reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
